Recent portrait of a 2 y/o birthday girl I took.

I recently had the chance to photograph Lady Gaga…. Well the wax version. This photo was taken at the Madame Tussauds in Hollywood. Lady Gaga is styled wearing Philip Treacy face mask which is pretty amazing. You can see this work here http://www.philiptreacy.co.uk/ To get the shot I overexposed for the background to get a high key look w/ some wrap @ f/1.8 in post I did some slight B&D, add skin texture (tried to), change/enhanced eyes, created a de-saturated vignette , changed colors in LAB mode (thanks Phlearn), and finally added some textures. Hope you like it, let me know what you think.

I need a cool story for this.

Eyes closed the first thing I noticed was the rain. I could hear the patter-pat as the drops gently stroked my windowpane. When I opened my eyes I could see each drop clinging to the glass reluctantly fighting gravity’s temping ways as if fighting for existence. Then I see myself in the reflection like the rain fighting for existence; a purpose; desires to remain long after my after my cycle has passed.
